Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tracking solutions.
- Conduct tele-sales activities to drive sales and meet targets.
- Promote and sell the company’s tracking services to businesses involved in cargo transportation and logistics.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the service or tracking industry.
- Demonstrated experience in tele-sales and cargo tracking.
- Strong knowledge of the tracking industry and related products/services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
