Job Purpose:

As a Sales Executive specializing in off-plan real estate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our projects to prospective buyers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and close deals effectively.

The ideal candidate should have experience selling high-end properties, specifically targeting the Asian community as a potential client base.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and cultivate new leads through various channels such as referrals, networking events, cold calling, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, providing them with detailed information about our off-plan properties, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process.
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits for potential clients, showcasing the unique features, benefits, and investment opportunities of our off-plan projects.
  • Effectively negotiate sales terms and prices with prospective buyers, ensuring maximum profitability while meeting the needs and preferences of clients.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including preparing sales agreements, collecting payments, and ensuring timely documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and project timelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Must have experience selling High end properties and dealing with Asian community as clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of off-plan real estate sales processes, legal regulations, and market dynamics in Kenya is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
