Job Responsibilities:
- List the main job responsibilities of a business assistant, such as document processing, administrative support, scheduling, meeting organization, etc.
- Assist the business team to complete daily tasks, such as planning and organizing sales activities, customer relationship management, etc.
- Assist leaders in the preparation and organization of business reports, as well as other related administrative affairs support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, business management, administrative management or related majors are preferred.
- Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
- Applicants with certain experience as business assistants or administrative assistants will be given priority.
Personal qualities:
- Careful and responsible, with strong execution ability and ability to withstand pressure.
