We are looking for a self-driven individual to fill the position of the production manager and below
are the qualifications that we are looking for.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or any other Chemistry related degree. Masters is an added advantage.
• Previous experience working in production or manufacturing in the lubricants sector at a managerial level for 5-7years.
• Experience working with laboratory equipment like ICP OES, CCS for both ASTM and ISO methods.
• Experience following ISO 9001:2015 procedures
• Technical management, supervision, and control of production processes
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
• Good technical and IT skills.

• Focused and driven for continual improvement.
• Good time management with good organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills (all levels)
• Mental alertness and judgment.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Precision and accuracy.
• Knowledgeable and sensitive about safety regulations
• Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
