Key Responsibilities:
- Plan the annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotion plans and programs for the department.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and grow market share.
- Handle docking and communication with promotion and activity cooperation units.
- Design and release promotional online and offline videos, websites, graphics, and copywriting.
- Review and accept cooperation units’ promotion efforts, including data collection and analysis.
- Coordinate communication between promotional and activity cooperation units, supervise the implementation of related plans, and oversee the acceptance of results.
- Complete other assignments from superiors.
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities and use insights for marketing decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on real estate or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of the current real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
