Roles & Responsibility:

  • Resolving Customer Challenges and complaints
  • Adopting best practises to ensure timely, trackable, and well organised information for decision making
  • Working with internal and operations teams to build processes that drive value generation and differentiation to customer
  • Timely order placement into the system
  • Timely, collaborative communication with the relevant Teams
  • Proactive sharing of information with the customer
  • Develop and execute fulfilment plans with the customers
  • Drive cross function collaboration within company
  • Work closely with all internal teams to ensure a Customer First focus and experience to promote customer growth
  • Be proactive to align internal teams to forward planning and fulfilment
  • Provide direct support to Customer Facing Teams in ensuring access and availability of resources to enable growth
  • Maintain current and accurate records
  • Manage transparency and access to internal teams for compliance
  • Liaise with Customer Facing Teams and Accounts to ensure that credit risk is in line with credit policy
  • Empower Customer Facing Teams to proactively ensure compliance and adherence to credit terms
  • Ensuring debtors control and accounting and finance department liaison
  • Managing legal and contractual compliance for managing market risk

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree/ Diploma in business related field
  • 3+ years similar experince in the manufaturing industry
