Gross Salary: 50-70k,

Our client is seeking to hire a Business Development Representative who will be instrumental in driving our sales initiatives by engaging directly with potential sellers such as wholesalers and distributors. Your primary goal will be to identify financial gaps in their operations and develop strategic partnerships to help fill these gaps, thereby enhancing their business efficacy and our market penetration

Responsibilities:

  • Market Engagement: Proactively engage with potential sellers, including wholesalers and distributors, to identify and analyze financial gaps in their value chains.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and cultivate partnerships with these entities to address and fill identified gaps, enhancing their business operations and financial health.
  • Client Base Expansion: Play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into profitable relationships.
  • Lead Management: Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, from initial contact through to finalization of deals, ensuring a smooth transition at each stage of the sales process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams within the company to leverage innovative technologies and approaches that support business development goals.
  • Market Presence: Contribute to the strategic expansion of the company’s market presence by utilizing advanced tools and methodologies to gain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the Fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and develop meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of identifying opportunities, overcoming obstacles, and driving initiatives to fruition.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office suite, and other sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities and evolving market conditions.
  • Passion for Fintech innovation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their financial goals through technology-driven solutions.
