Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the bank's management and staff.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, ensuring timely coordination and communication.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with bank policies.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the bank's operations.
- Undertake other ad hoc activities that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to fluently speak French and English is mandatory.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
