The role holder will manage and strive to return profit on capital invested in workshop setup and parts inventory and that customer satisfaction/retention index is met at all times that drives business growth and achievement of set Company Performance targets.

• Quality Management: - Carry out daily quality control testing as per guidelines to ensure all performed work is to the highest standard.
• Staff Performance Management: -Ensure that Service advisors&Customerexperience team receive frequent repair progress reports as well as any variations in repair estimates, for prompt communication to the customer and to enhance customer retention.
• Workshop Operations & Compliance: - Manage daily workshop operations & asset management, document occurrences, and ensure adherence to company regulations, policies and ensure complian
• OSHE & SAFET COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance to set SOP’s and OSHE standards at the workshop at all times.

• At least five years as a mechanic with least three years of being at Supervisory level.
• Knowledgeable in use of ERP system.
• Conversant with Management systems (5s) is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications/computer literacy.
• Good coordination and communication skills
