Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and repeat business.
- Provide accurate product information and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets while maintaining high call quality standards.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
Requirements:
- Must have a Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy
- 1–3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous experience in a telesales environment is a must
