Greydale Africa is seeking a Telesales Associate with experience in selling services via phone. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales expertise, including customer outreach and the ability to deliver compelling verbal pitches. They will combine persuasive communication and active listening, hands-on experience meeting and exceeding call targets, strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments, and the ability to develop and execute impactful sales strategies that drive revenue and build lasting client relationships.

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

We pay a monthly gross of Ksh 50,000 and the rest is earned via commissions based on the targets set out for the various projects.
