KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluates and reviews all incidents and requests assigned for eventual resolution.
  • Maintains resolution traction of system core functionality issues like in Loans module.
  • Evaluates the Loans reports with a view to correcting exceptions using the embedded BSO tools.
  • Ensures any emergent core issues are escalated and tracked appropriately,
  • In liaison with Financial Reporting unit, perform analyses of any ad-hoc General Ledger mismatch exceptions.
  • Analyzes and resolves all T24 2nd Level Requests duly assigned to the team.
  • Works with the change stakeholders to ensure requisite core banking parameters are inputted in T24, after a change promotion.
  • In liaison with other IT BSO team members, ensure the Account Statements repository is optimally functional.
  • Works collaboratively with the business units and project teams on any core banking issues requiring cross-functional collaboration.
