KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluates and reviews all incidents and requests assigned for eventual resolution.
 - Maintains resolution traction of system core functionality issues like in Loans module.
 - Evaluates the Loans reports with a view to correcting exceptions using the embedded BSO tools.
 - Ensures any emergent core issues are escalated and tracked appropriately,
 - In liaison with Financial Reporting unit, perform analyses of any ad-hoc General Ledger mismatch exceptions.
 - Analyzes and resolves all T24 2nd Level Requests duly assigned to the team.
 - Works with the change stakeholders to ensure requisite core banking parameters are inputted in T24, after a change promotion.
 - In liaison with other IT BSO team members, ensure the Account Statements repository is optimally functional.
 - Works collaboratively with the business units and project teams on any core banking issues requiring cross-functional collaboration.
