Job Description
The Sales Representative will drive sales of memberships, programs, and services, building strong relationships with clients and promoting offerings to increase participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell memberships, programs, and services
- Identify and reach out to potential clients and corporate partners
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and on-site visits
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
- Support marketing initiatives and events to generate leads
Requirements
- Diploma or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or a related field
- Relevant sales training or short courses will be an added advantage
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
- Experience in sports, recreation, or fitness sales is an advantage
