Job Description

The Sales Representative will drive sales of memberships, programs, and services, building strong relationships with clients and promoting offerings to increase participation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell memberships, programs, and services
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and corporate partners
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and on-site visits
  • Collect customer feedback and report market insights to management
  • Support marketing initiatives and events to generate leads

Requirements

  • Diploma or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, Business, Customer Service, or a related field
  • Relevant sales training or short courses will be an added advantage
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Experience in sports, recreation, or fitness sales is an advantage
