Social Media Marketer Job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create engaging content: posts, reels, stories, and videos
  • Be the face of the brand on camera - confidently present products/services
  • Engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Drive engagement and convert leads into sales
  • Handle DMs, follow-ups, and ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Plan and schedule content consistently
  • Analyze performance and generate content reports
  • Run paid ads (especially on Meta/Facebook & Instagram)

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident and eloquent on camera
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in social media marketing for a business
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe)
  • Basic photography and video editing skills
  • Knowledge of trends, algorithms, and engagement strategies
  • Highly creative, self-motivated, and well-organized
  • Customer-first mindset with a results-driven approach
