- We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service, drive retail sales, and support business growth within our plumbing and hardware showroom.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional advice on plumbing and hardware products
- Promote and sell products while ensuring customer needs are accurately met
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on payments where required
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Stay informed on product features, pricing, and market trends
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling plumbing and hardware materials
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Customer-focused, presentable, and sales-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
