  • We are seeking a results-driven Showroom Sales Executive to deliver excellent customer service, drive retail sales, and support business growth within our plumbing and hardware showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide professional advice on plumbing and hardware products
  • Promote and sell products while ensuring customer needs are accurately met
  • Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on payments where required
  • Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the showroom is well organized
  • Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Stay informed on product features, pricing, and market trends

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling plumbing and hardware materials
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused, presentable, and sales-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
