Job Purpose:

  • The role holder is responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns and developing creative designs that meet brand guidelines and can be adopted on multiple digital platforms and channels - including the website, intranet, email, social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop creatives for own digital assets as well as digital marketing campaigns e.g., images, GIFs and videos ensuring the intended creative and messaging resonates with the target audience. 
  • Design marketing collaterals and communication materials such as brochures, flyers, monthly newsletters, banners, forms and presentations as needed by various departments and stakeholders ensuring they align with technical and brand standards. 
  • Write monthly blog articles on specific topics that resonates with the organizations audience which aids meeting the banks SEO objectives by use of strategic set of keywords and redirecting backlinks through social media content. 
  • Design and develop various marketing communications materials targeting internal stakeholders or customers 
  • Cover bank’s internal and external events Photography/videography, as well as engaging different departments and stakeholders to shoot video interviews as needed to support various bank related initiatives. 
  • Support in development of 360-degree marketing plans for digital campaigns as well rollout plans by coming up with appropriate audience, channels, campaign calendar and budgets. 
  • Use various analytics tools to mine and create report that covers banks digital customer service performance. 
  • Monitor adverse comments, customer complaints and channeling them to the responsible departments for swift action. 
  • Develop content calendar for social media as well as maintain social media presence and online customer engagement to increase audience interaction and growth on the bank’s social media channels.  

Academic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or related field.
  • Graphic design.

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies/ Publication: 

  • Graphic Design.
  • Diploma in Marketing and Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Film Production an added advantage.

Work Experience Required:

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role.
