What You’ll Do
- Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to develop innovative and user-friendly Android applications.
 - Own the full development lifecycle—technical design, coding, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
 - Review code and design docs, provide feedback on product specs, and set best practices for developer workflows.
 - Optimize mobile applications to handle high traffic and data-intensive operations efficiently.
 - Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
 - Stay updated on the latest Android features, trends, and best practices to enhance app development.

Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in Android development using Java or Kotlin.
 - 2+ years working in enterprise-scale environments (200+ employees).
 - Experience with Jetpack Compose.
 - Strong software engineering fundamentals—design patterns, scalability, and performance optimization.
 - Proven experience building mobile applications at scale (1MM+ users).
 - Able to develop high-performance, data-intensive, and fault-tolerant applications within smartphone constraints.
 - Passionate about creating well-designed, scalable software that impacts users globally.
 - BS in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
 
Offer Details
- Full-time contractor (No benefits)
 - Remote role, full-time (40 hours/week)
 - 6+ hours overlap with PST required
