Job Specification

• A Bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Medicine and Surgery MBChB, Pharmacy, Dental Surgery, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree in any of the following fields: Epidemiology, Public Health, Data Science, Health Policy or a related discipline. A Master’s degree in Medicine will be an added advantage
• A Postgraduate Diploma, Master’s degree, or Certificate in Clinical Research, Clinical Trials, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis using relevant statistical or analytical tools
• Demonstrated research experience, preferably in clinical studies
• Experience coordinating scientific networks in health and/or health research
• Demonstrated experience in coordinating international workshops, conferences, and capacity-strengthening initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
