The Consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders across departments to assess system performance, implement enhancements, and ensure Salesforce effectively supports both operational and strategic objectives.

Scope of Work:

• Conduct a review of the current Salesforce environment to identify areas for improvement
• Configure, customise, and optimise Salesforce to improve workflows and user experience
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic decision-making
• Identify and implement integrations with existing and future business systems
• Provide hands-on support to users through training, documentation, or troubleshooting
• Recommend and implement automation solutions where beneficial
• Align technical solutions with evolving business requirements

Consultant Profile:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, Engineer, or Consultant
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and workflows
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing, reporting tools, integrations, and automation
• Salesforce certifications e.g. Administrator, Platform App Builder are highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage deliverables independently
• Experience working across multiple departments or business functions
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience consulting for international or cross-functional teams is an advantage
