What you will do:
- Manage a team of sales support officers to provide timely and effective assistance to the sales team
- Coordinate the onboarding of new dealers, agents and promoters via registration and account creation in the Mogo systems ERP & Partner Portal
- Act as first line support for the dealers, agents and promoters to triage issues and escalate as required
- Ensure accurate documentation and validation of dealer, agent & promoter data
- Standardize and document operational procedures for sales support functions.
- Provide daily/weekly report on sales support team performance
- Train and onboard new sales support staff and field agents on company tools, processes, and service expectations
- Execute all other tasks assigned by line manager efficiently
What you will need:
- Diploma/Degree in a business course or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in sales support, field operations, or customer onboarding – preferably in a telecom, fintech, or device financing company
- Strong team leadership and people management skills
- Experience with Mogo ERP and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Swahili
