Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the skincare and beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare and beauty products, have a deep understanding of the market, and possess exceptional sales and customer service skills. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential customers across retail, B2B, and direct sales channels.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market presence.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about the latest products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and routines.
  • Educate customers on product benefits, usage, and skincare routines.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously enhance product knowledge.

Brand Representation & Promotional Activities:

  • Participate in and organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Support marketing campaigns through in-store promotions and product demonstrations.
  • Ensure strong product merchandising, displays, and visibility in partner stores.

Requirements

  Education and Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within the beauty, skincare, or wellness sector.
  • Strong knowledge of skincare products, consumer behavior, and beauty industry trends.
