  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business development within the facility management and cleaning services industry.
  • He/she will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company’s client base. Proven track record of successfully managing Sales Executives in a cleaning services company, driving team performance and achieving sales targets is a must

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within facility management, hospitality, commercial, and industrial sectors.
  • Lead the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and service contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, service agreements, and contract terms with clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years’ experience in sales or business development, preferably in outsourced facility management, cleaning services companies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing key accounts and corporate clients.
  • Ability to develop strategic sales plans and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong networking and business prospecting skills.
