Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
 - Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
 - Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
 - Follow up on proposals.
 - Drive business closure.
 - Manage the sector independently.
 
Team Management & Leadership:
- Demonstrate product knowledge and presentation skills.
 - Motivate the team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
 - Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.
 
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
 - Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with potential customers.
 - Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
 
Market Research & Analysis:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
 - Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
 - Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
 
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
 - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes.
 - Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
 
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
 - Experience: 3-10 years in sales of IT, Audio-Visual, or Office Automation Products, with at least 2 years in a Senior Sales role.
 
Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
 - Proven track record in IT/AV and OA industry sales.
 - Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
 - Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
 - Proficiency in MS Office.
 - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
 - Leadership qualities and a go-getter attitude.
