Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Follow up on proposals.
  • Drive business closure.
  • Manage the sector independently.

Team Management & Leadership:

  • Demonstrate product knowledge and presentation skills.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and surpass sales goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals with potential customers.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-10 years in sales of IT, Audio-Visual, or Office Automation Products, with at least 2 years in a Senior Sales role.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in IT/AV and OA industry sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Leadership qualities and a go-getter attitude.
