KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and sell the company’s bonded and unbonded warehouse services to new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets as assigned.
- Identify new clients and business opportunities within the logistics and warehousing sector.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs, product performance, and market conditions.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, warehousing, or freight sales, preferably in bonded or unbonded warehouse operations experience in this area is a MUST.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
