Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Market Expansion:

  • Market Research: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key industry players, partners and stakeholders to enhance market presence.
  • Geographical Expansion: Leading initiatives to penetrate new geographical markets and expand the company’s footprint.

Customer Service:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solution Selling: Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that add value to their business.
  • After-Sales Support: Ensuring excellent after-sales service to address any issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

People Management:

  • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  • Talent Development: Identifying training needs and providing continuous professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and growth

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Business related field or equivalent
  • MSK Membership
  • 5 years’ experience in manufacturing sector.
