Responsibilities

• The Sales Associate will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including;
• Promoting and selling various loan products
• Handling customer inquiries, processing loan applications
• Providing excellent customer service.
• The Sales Associate will also be expected to achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
• Preferably applicants from Utawala,Ruai, Kayole, Pipeline,Fedha, and Embakasi areas.Indicate your location on subject line.
