About the role
The E-Motorcycle Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for customer recruitment and product delivery. Major initiatives include the following:
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Develop and implement Sales and Marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
 - Drive revenue growth by identifying new market segments, customers, and opportunities.
 - Oversee sales operations, lead generation, and customer acquisition strategies.
 - Monitor sales performance and optimize sales processes and structures.
 
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
 - Lead contract negotiations, tenders, and commercial agreements.
 - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and client retention.
 
Business Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyze sales and market trends to forecast revenue and guide strategy.
 - Prepare and manage Sales and Marketing budgets, forecasts, and P&L reporting.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g., finance, marketing, operations to align Sales plans.
 
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/commercial team.
 - Set clear KPIs and performance targets, and oversee their execution.
 - Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.

Minimum requirements
We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual with experience in technical customer service and process efficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant prior professional experience.
 - Experience managing technical teams vehicle vehicle-related industries is a bonus.
 - Experience in sales administration and customer education.
 - A bachelor’s degree or higher.
 - High degree of comfort with computer programs, including Excel analysis.
 - Fluency in both English and Swahili.
