  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Social Media Executive to promote and sell our range of organic luxury beauty products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for beauty and skincare, and the creativity to produce engaging TikTok and Instagram Reels content that showcases our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive product sales through in-store, online, and social media platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok and Instagram Reels to promote products and increase brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
  • Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all customer and online interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, beauty retail, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels creation.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and organic products.
  • Self-driven, confident, and creative with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Ability to meet targets and work both independently and as part of a team.
