Our client, a leading provider of academic content and educational solutions, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead their field sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of the education sector, and experience managing commission-based sales agents.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach in schools.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales agents and telesales personnel to drive performance.
- Meet sales targets by engaging schools/clients and ensuring the team achieves their goals through coaching and motivation.
- Oversee school visits, ensuring sales agents follow up on leads and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, procurement officers, and education boards).
- Manage the refundable fare system, ensuring reimbursements align with payment collections.
- Oversee pricing, invoicing, and collections, ensuring timely payments from schools.
Marketing & Business Development:
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote educational products.
- Organize product presentations, school workshops, and teacher training sessions.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, website updates).
- Conduct market research to understand school needs, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations to support sales efforts.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze sales performance, providing detailed reports on team activities and revenue growth.
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a field sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and travel frequently for school visits.
