Key Responsibilities:

Pricing & Revenue Management

  • Set daily/weekly/monthly prices based on demand, seasonality, market trends, and competitor benchmarking.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies across all units.
  • Adjust minimum stays, restrictions, and promotions e.g., Genius, last-minute,early-bird discounts, custom promotions.
  • Manage occupancy goals and revenue targets on all our booking platforms.
  • Optimization Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, etc.

Improve listing ranking by optimizing:

  • Titles, descriptions, photos
  • Amenities
  • Policies
  • Review responses
  • Ensure availability calendars are perfectly synced.
  • Performance Monitoring & Competitor Market Analysis
  • Track and report:
  • Impressions
  • Click-through rate CTR
  • Conversion rate
  • Booking trends
  • Revenue per listing RevPAR
  • Occupancy percentages
  • Identify listings performing poorly and provide solutions.
  • Monitor competitor rates in real time.
  • Analyze local occupancy trends and events holidays, conferences, seasons.
  • Conduct monthly benchmarking reports.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Work with the reservations team to adjust prices based on demand patterns.
  • Make recommendations to management on portfolio improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in revenue management, OTA management,or hotel reservations.
  • Back ground in Data analysis/operation is preferred
  • Strong understanding of Airbnb & Booking.com analytics impressions,ranking, pricing algorithms.
  • Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools will be an add plus PriceLabs, Beyond Pricing, etc.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
