Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role focuses on executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and enhancing profitability across our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, and cold calling
  • Prospect clients and understand their real estate needs
  • Assist clients in property evaluation, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Guide clients throughout the buying and selling process
  • Monitor instalment sales and follow up on client portfolios
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or business-related field
  • Minimum three 3 years sales & marketing experience
  • Real estate experience is an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics
