Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and assigned public areas according to established standards.
 - Maintain cleanliness of lobbies, restrooms, hallways, staircases, and other common areas.
 - Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linen.
 - Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the supervisor.
 - Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
 - Adhere to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times.
 
REQUIREMENTS
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent.
 - Previous experience in housekeeping/cleaning, preferably in the hotel, resort, or hospitality industry.
 - Knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment.
 - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness.
 - Handle guest requests and complaints courteously and Physical stamina to perform cleaning promptly, escalating where necessary.
 - Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and supplies used.
 - Support in special cleaning projects as directed by the supervisor.
 - duties lifting, bending, long hours standing.
 - Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
