• This is a 6-month internship program based in Kenya; a fantastic opportunity for recent grads who are eager to learn and grow in the Fintech space while making a real difference. 
• We’re looking for diverse talent from all academic backgrounds, skills, and experiences. Whether you're in Technology, Operations, or something in between, we want you to bring your unique perspective to our team and help us represent the vibrant communities we serve across Africa. 
• You’ll receive a monthly stipend, access to L&D courses and coaching sessions with our leaders to help you succeed. 
• As part of the program, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in a Corporate Social Responsibility CSR project; a chance to make a direct, positive impact on a cause that matters to you and the community. 
• By the end of the program, you'll walk away with in-demand skills, meaningful work experience, and a boost to your career.  
• Join the MPA accelerator alumni community to continuously build your learning and network.

Qualifications

Who is Eligible: 

• Age: 21-26 years. 
• Completed course work awaiting graduation or graduated in the last one year in your undergrad studies. 
• Currently not permanently employed.
• Available for 6 consecutive months.

Selection Process: 

• Application Review: We check your qualifications to ensure a good fit. 
• Technical Assessments: Show us your skills with a quick technical test. 
• Video Interviews: Chat with us virtually and tell us more about yourself. 
• In-Person Group Interviews: Work with others to solve problems and showcase your teamwork. 
• Confirmation: If all goes well, we’ll confirm your spot and get you ready to join us!
