Computech Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Sales Executive to drive the growth of our healthcare IT solutions across hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our key product portfolio, which includes:

  • Paxera PACS Picture Archiving and Communication System Huawei Smart Hospital Solutions
  • Hospital Information Management Systems HIMS

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new prospects in hospitals. clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare facilities. Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities and oversee the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations and technical presentations for potential clients.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Computech Healthcare's solutions to effectively match offerings with client needs.
  • Attend relevant medical conferences and exhibitions to build relationships with healthcare stakeholders and engage with key opinion leaders in Radiology and other medical fields.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and post-sales support. e Build and sustain long-term relationships with hospital administrators, department heads, and procurement teams. Monitor industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitor offerings to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market intelligence to management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT. Biomedical Engineering.
  • Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or IT solution sales within the region.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to healthcare institutions.
  • Technical and Industry Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of healthcare IT systems such as PACS, EMR/HIMS, and smart hospital infrastructure.
  • Strong grasp of hospital workflows and procurement processes.
  • Ability to communicate and build trust with both technical teams and non-technical decision-makers.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated with a hunter mindset. Strong presentation and consultative selling abilities.
  • Comfortable with regular local and regional travel.
