  • As a Power Mechanics Teacher, your role will go far beyond delivering lessons. From the hum of machines in the workshop to the lightbulb moments of understanding in your students, your influence will leave a lasting impact.

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing engaging Power Mechanics lessons that blend theory with real-world application.
  • Facilitating interactive and practical sessions that foster confidence, safety, and mastery.
  • Assessing student performance, identifying learning gaps, and offering constructive feedback that drives improvement.
  • Collaborating with fellow educators to align curriculum goals and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Guiding learners not just to pass exams, but to build careers and transform communities.
  • We’re looking for an educator who embodies professionalism, empathy, and technical expertise a teacher who sees potential where others see challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Education specializing in Power Mechanics
  • Minimum of 2 years’ teaching experience in TVET, high school, or junior school
  • TSC registration or in progress
  • Self-driven, passionate about continuous improvement, and able to work with minimal supervision
