The role holder will facilitate real time requisition & acquisition of parts; achievement of set Parts sales targets & parts quantities maintained, manage customer satisfaction and retention index as required.
- Execution of Parts performance strategies and action plans: - Coordinate and ensure high level of parts availability that promote increased parts sales, customer satisfaction and achievement of set parts performance targets.
- Formulation of Parts Sales action plan: - Draw a weekly parts forecast by conducting daily cold calls to customers, undertake parts sales promotions and facilitate customer visits.
- Customer relationship: - Through provision of excellent customer service; support customers in identification and procuring of correct parts, manage inventory and provide expertise advice.
- Support Parts Availability: - Handle Parts requisition by promptly updating the Parts orders into theERP, seek immediateapprovals, update ERP-MRS (material requisition slip)andcommunicate on time in support of TAT and customer satisfaction.
- Parts Sales: - Responsible for parts counter sales within the set SOP, accurate pricing, accurate invoicing onERP andensure NIL reportsofnon-compliance.Provideweekly reportson Partssales, lost sales opportunities and stock leve
- Receiving of parts from suppliers and confirming that the supplied is as per the initial company request, ensure accurate posting on ERP and stock records.
- Point of Part Sale relationship: - Establish and maintain favourable relationships with local parts dealers and service shops to ensure the distribution and sales of parts at all times.
- Enhance Customer Intimacy: - Make regular visits to key accounts & fleet customers to gain an understanding of their parts needs and enhance customer intimac
- Management Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights to Management on Parts performance, business opportunities and matters customer relationship.
- A Bachelor’s degree, purchasing and supply chain management, Business management or a related course.
- Parts sales experience; relevant work experience in automotive industry would be an added advantage.
- Customer Focus: Providing service excellence to internal and/or external clients.
- Initiative: Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.
- Good in Planning & Organization: Reaching goals that are central to organizational success by making and following plans and allocating resources effectively.
- Problem Solving: Identifying problems and the solutions to them.
- Teamwork: Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals.
