Basic Job Summary:

The job holder is responsible for the achievement of the assigned Units’ business strategy through the execution of people and culture interventions, which include recruitment, training and development, reward management, and HR policies and procedures.

Job Specifications:
Academic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social sciences, Human Resources, or any other related field
• Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies
• Professional qualification in HR and be a member of IHRM

Work Experience Required

• At least 6 years’ experience in implementing change in organizations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Sound understanding of the Kenyan Labour Laws and related policy framework
