Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring seamless service and adherence to the highest standards of quality.
 - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of F&B colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences while fostering a positive work environment.
 - Collaborate with the Food & Beverage leadership team to implement innovative strategies, drive revenue, and optimize profitability.
 - Monitor and manage inventory, scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all operations.
 - Cultivate strong relationships with guests, regularly gathering feedback to continuously improve the outlet's offerings and service.
 - Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the values and reputation of the hotel and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Qualifications

- Have a proven track record with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand’s values, standards, and operational procedures.
 - Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management, within Hyatt Hotels Corporation
 - Showcase exceptional team management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop diverse teams.
 - Demonstrate strong business acumen, with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and achieving financial objectives.
 - Exhibit a passion for guest service, with a focus on creating memorable experiences and exceeding expectations.
 - Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 - Be highly adaptable, solution-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
 - Hold relevant academic qualifications in hospitality or F&B management. Additional certifications in leadership or revenue management are a plus.
 - Have a working knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems, food safety protocols, and F&B trends.
