Mission Description

Perform physical count of stocks and verifies the quantities and batches against the delivery note/dispatch note.
Notifies the supervisor in case of any variances in the order and ensures only the requested quantities are dispatched.
Physical checking of non-conforming stocks; and initiates exchange of damaged/expired goods.
Advises the supervisor on completion of checked stocks before loading.
Ensures orders are loaded in full and supervises loading of stocks as per order plan/Outbound SOP allocated truck and driver details.
Documents signing.
Any other duty as may be assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
