Duties and responsibilities

• Welcome and guide patients and customers at the optical reception.
• Book appointments and manage client queues efficiently.
• Provide accurate product and service information to clients.
• Assist in patient file management and basic data entry.
• Support the dispensing team in coordinating client services.
• Handle phone calls and respond to client inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception and waiting areas.
• Promote a positive image of the company through excellent customer service. Perform any other duties assigned by his or her supervisor.
• Bill client and invoice clients.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience handling customers in a busy medical facility.
• Must have attained a KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C (plain) or above. A Diploma in any business related course.
• Good communication skills, customer service orientation, and basic computer knowledge are essential.
