The Role
We are looking for an Operations Manager based in Nairobi, who will own and lead core operational functions including, regional service delivery elements, operational escalations, KPI performance and service recovery processes.
Toll is proud to work on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to deliver services in support of Refugees and Humanitarian visa clients. These services support the medical assessments and subsequent travel to Australia. As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of logistics staff who operate in the field, including those who are airport based to ensure that services are delivered effectively and appropriately.
As a senior member of the regional team, you will directly support the Regional Manager with overall Assisted Passage Program deliverables and be a recognised 2IC supporting your region.

Toll manages and delivers case management and a range of associated services on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to support Refugee and Humanitarian Visa clients with the medical assessment process and subsequent travel to Australia.
ABOUT YOU
- Comprehensive awareness of Refugee & Humanitarian resettlement operations and/or the delivery of services to refugees in long term host country environments.
- Experience with leading case management & service delivery teams in large organisations in cross border environments.
- Experience with identifying and resolving service delivery issues or failures.
- Broad experience working within global organisations (commercial or non-profit) including the management of client deliverables.
- Practical experience of leading operational teams in the delivery of support services to refugees.
- Practical experience of managing risks and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Previous experience in delivering services within a Child Safeguarding Framework.
- Current or previous experience at leading, motivating and managing diverse teams across multiple locations.
