CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars for individuals or teams.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute memos, invoices, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Order and maintain office supplies, and manage basic bookkeeping or expense tracking.
- Assist other employees and departments with administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise with computer software like
- Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and office management systems.
- Good problem-solving abilities when handling day-to-day challenges.
