Key Responsibilities
- Sending, receiving and responding to company emails
 - Making follow-up calls with potential clients
 - Scheduling meetings and appointments with potential and current clients
 - Developing and maintaining an up-to-date client database
 - Planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
 - Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a conducive office
 - environment
 - Ensuring the office is clean and organized, maintaining office equipment, and
 - managing basic repairs
 - Negotiating contracts, managing relationships, and ensuring services are
 - delivered on time
 - Helping with bookkeeping, managing expenses, and preparing reports
 - Managing the company’s fleet
 - Providing support during the staff recruitment and onboarding process
 - Attending to any other duty assigned by the supervisor.
 
Qualifications
- At least a diploma in humanities and social sciences or similar field
 - Practical experience in administrative roles and a demonstrated ability to manage
 - office operations effectively
 - Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, time management and
 - negotiation skills.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
 - Good in social media marketing
 - Experience in sales & marketing is an added advantage
