KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Infrastructure Management LAN, WAN, Wifi, Internet, Branches, MPLS, VPN, Video conferencing End user support of remote access VPN and Network Access Control troubleshooting Secure Network Operations by ensuring compliance to configuration standards and patching cycles for network and security devices. Generate reports on network and call center metrics. Liaise with service providers to resolve incidents reported. Incident, Problem and Change Management. Ensure an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets is maintained. Support the regional companies on infrastructure related support and projects.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• At least 2 years’ experience in networks support including, but not limited to, LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewalls, telephony, contact center, video conferencing.
• Experience supporting Network Access Control NAC.
• Understanding of Network Architecture Models
• Team player
• Good communication skills
• Analytical skills and out of the box thinking.
• Knowledge of emerging industry practices
• Proactive in seeking solutions to problems and identifying opportunities.
• Self-driven individual with the discipline to deliver within agreed guidelines and timelines.
• Deep understanding of TCP/IP Architecture
