Role Statement.

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a talented and creative Mixologist to join their vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails, an eye for detail, and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities. 

• Create, mix, and serve a wide range of cocktails with precision and flair.
• Develop new and innovative drink recipes aligned with the restaurant/bar’s concept.
• Ensure consistent drink quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area.
• Engage warmly with guests, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing bar inventories.
• Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Train or guide bar staff on cocktail preparation where necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Cocktail Bartender.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktail techniques, and mixology trends.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity, passion, and attention to detail in drink preparation.
• Certificate in Hospitality or Bartending is an added advantage.
