Job Role

Analyze customer and market insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Develop, implement develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the management team to set the marketing strategy for the business.
  • Develop marketing strategies for the company in line with company objectives to meet consumer needs and maximize profits
  • Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of marketing channels
  • Coordinating and overseeing marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Overseeing the company’s marketing budget.
  • Working in partnership with the creative team/ design agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all marketing materials.
  • Overseeing the creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and brand guidelines.
  • Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the management
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Developing strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation and drive qualified traffic
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, media organizations, agencies, and vendors
  • Handling social media, public relations efforts, and content marketing.
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare weekly activity Status reports and monthly Lead-generation reports
  • Contribute to team effort as needed and directed by the Managing Director

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience with creating marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Experience with digital and online marketing, including social media strategy and content marketing
  • Understanding of public relations
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Creativity & problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and analytical mind-set
  • Strategic thinking
  • Must be detail oriented and have analytical skills
  • Good presentation skills, e.g. using PowerPoint, Word, and similar applications
  • Ability to work with deadlines
  • A team player, with stress tolerance
