Reports To: General Manager and Director

Our client is seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to build brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and achieve business growth. This role is rooted in a retail setting and emphasizes delivering impactful campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and aligning the marketing team's efforts with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies tailored to the retail landscape for health and personal care products.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, seasonal trends, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives.

2. Brand Management

  • Enhance brand equity through consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Ensure alignment of all marketing materials with the company’s brand guidelines and values.
  • Spearhead campaigns to establish the company as a trusted provider of quality health and personal care products.

3. Campaign Management

  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional channels with a focus on retail customers.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful advertisements, promotions, and retail materials.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

4. Digital Marketing Advisory Duties:

  • Advise the digital marketing team on SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation efforts.
  • Offer expert insights on optimizing the company’s online presence to enhance visibility, drive traffic, and improve customer acquisition and retention.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, advising the team on adopting innovative strategies for continuous growth.

5. Customer Engagement & Market Analysis

  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty, particularly in the retail environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine marketing strategies and address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with retail sales objectives.

6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, product development, and operations, to ensure cohesive efforts.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 6-8 years of marketing experience, with a preference for experience in the health, personal care, or FMCG industries.
  • Proven success in managing marketing campaigns and driving growth in a retail-focused environment.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, data analytics platforms, and content management systems.
