Duties and Responsibilities

The Marketing and Communications Representatives is responsible for -:
Increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with clients.

  • Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients.
  • Scheduling and performing meetings with potential clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients.
  • Attending industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with prospective clients.
  • Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential leads.
  • Recommending marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic.
  • Understanding and promoting institution programs.
  • Answering client questions on calls, emails, and direct texts on social media platforms.
  • Managing social media platforms
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  • Acting as point of contact with students
  • Assisting in events organizing and coordination

Skills and qualifications to perform the required duties:-

  • Effective communication
  • Public speaking and presentation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Knowledge of industry trends
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Able to develop and promote social media campaigns and marketing
  • Exceptional planning and organizing skills
  • Age 24 years and above.
