Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to increase occupancy, bookings, and revenue.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent engagement and excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Manage social media and digital marketing activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and report on sales performance, targets, and marketing campaigns.
- Participate in hospitality fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven experience in hospitality sales and marketing preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or resorts.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive, self-driven, and goal-oriented personality.
