Job Purpose Statement
Responsible for digital banking channels strategy, innovation, design, development, commercialisation and management of Transactional Banking digital banking channels for Corporate and Business clients. This includes end to end management of new and enhancements of digital banking channels i.e. successfully take the project from concept to commercialization. Supporting business development & sustainability of the digital banking channels suit to deliver the digital strategy roadmap; working closely with business stakeholders to achieve the agreed financial targets, digital channel acquisition and usage.
Job Specifications
Academic:
- A degree from a recognised University – Upper Second or GPA 3.0.
Professional:
- Proficient in digital banking channel development including open banking platforms and customer service delivery systems.
- Certification and experience in waterfall or agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Digital, Artificial Intelligence AI Evolution and basic computer programming would be an added advantage.
Desired work experience:
- At least 5 years’ experience in business management/product/digital channel development management role in the financial sector.
